My stay at this hotel felt more like a personal retreat. The rooms were vast, with large glass sliding doors opening to a lovely patio overlooking the ridge. The amenities were fantastic, from the outdoor shower and bath to the comfortable Balinese four-poster bed. The service was beyond friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to both natural wonders and urban amenities. The dining experience could use some improvement, but overall, it was a memorable stay.
